Calling the number will dispatch trained vehicle services emergency personnel to your location.  At this point, the responding personnel will assess the situation and conduct reasonable services within the scope of the issue.  Note, roadside assistance may not cover all possible costs. Please refer to your plan’s coverage limits to determine what is covered and what is not covered.

  • 24-Hour Emergency Towing Service

    This service covers hookup and towing of your covered vehicle to the nearest repair location up to 15 miles away at no charge. If the repair location is more than 15 miles away, Freeway policyholders are charged between $8 to $10 for every mile depending on the time of day, traffic, and weather conditions.

  • 24-Hour Mechanical First Aid

    This service tries to identify, address, and fix common mechanical issues with your covered vehicle, such as leaking fluids and faulty wire connections. If on-site mechanics cannot fix the issue, your vehicle will be towed to the nearest repair location or your specified location.

  • 24-Hour Tire Service

    As the name implies, this coverage offers a flat tire change using your covered vehicle’s spare tire. If you do not have a spare tire handy, your vehicle will be towed to the nearest repair location or your specified location.

  • 24-Hour Battery Service

    This service jumpstarts or boosts your covered vehicle’s dead battery.

  • 24-Hour Delivery Service

    This service delivers missing essentials to your covered vehicle, such as gas, water, oil, and supplies. It does not cover the cost of these supplies.

  • 24-Hour Lockout Service

    If you become accidentally locked out of your covered vehicle, a locksmith will be dispatched to the site.

    This benefit offers a $500 reward to anyone who can provide information leading to the arrest and conviction of a person responsible for the theft of your covered vehicle. This reward cannot be redeemed by Freeway Insurance policy holders or family members of Freeway policy holders.
