Stop by one of our offices
Making payments in person is fast and easy. Simply walk into any one of our 300 locations and present your policy number and payment to any of our agents. Your account will be credited that very same day – even on the day the policy is due – ensuring your policy does not lapse and you keep driving with the peace of mind that you are well insured.
Over the phone:
If you’d like to make a payment over the phone, please call your insurance carrier directly. Their phone number is located on your insurance policy. Freeway’s Customer Service department is unable to process payments for individual carriers.
Many of our insurance carriers offer online payment services so there is no need to write checks, lick stamps or find a mailbox. Review your policy documents for the web address where you can make payments online.
To mail a payment, simply send a check or money order to the address listed on your policy documents. If you have any questions about payments, call our Customer Service department at 888-443-4662 and they will be happy to assist you.
