FREEWAY INSURANCE
SERVICES, INC.
is a fire and casualty
insurance broker
licensed in the state of
California. FREEWAY
specializes in providing
the lowest cost auto
insurance coverages to
California drivers.
FREEWAY INSURANCE was
established in 1987 as a
small, two-person
office. From its meager
beginnings, FREEWAY
quickly grew into one of
the largest providers of
low cost auto insurance
in California.
FREEWAY's impressive
growth was no accident.
By simply striving to be
the best, FREEWAY
quickly built a
reputation for its
ability to deliver the
lowest price as well as
a good service.
Simultaneously, FREEWAY
was establishing a solid
reputation within the
insurance industry for
both honesty and
integrity in the way it
dealt with insurance
carriers and customers
alike.
As an example, in the
late 1980's and early
1990's, the auto
insurance industry in
California experienced a
dramatic reduction in
the availability of
legitimate, low-cost
auto insurance carriers.
As a result, California
was flooded with dozens
of new, unlicensed and
non-admitted carriers.
These new carriers had
their headquarters
outside of the USA
(offshore). Most of them
were nothing more than a
post office box in some
far away place. However,
their prices were
artificially lower in
order to attract
business. Many insurance
agents and brokers,
including several that
are well known and who
advertise heavily on TV,
sold thousands of these
worthless policies. They
did so based strictly on
a cheap price.
Unfortunately many
customers suffered
because these offshore
carriers were not around
when it came time to pay
a claim.
In spite of the
temptation and
competition created by
these worthless
carriers, FREEWAY
INSURANCE never put its
customers at risk by
selling those worthless
policies. As a result,
none of our customers
suffered an upaid claim
from those bogus
carriers. Freeway has
always used admitted,
legitimate carriers that
are licensed in
California. You can rest
