Freeway Insurance will be hosting FREE Health Enrollment Events to assist customers to enroll in a health insurance plan that fits their needs and budget. Customers will also have the opportunity to get their specific questions answered by conversing with our on –site health specialist. With the February 15th Open Enrollment deadline just a few weeks away, Freeway Insurance Health Agents will be available to sign-up customers so that they can avoid paying the penalty: 2% of a person’s income or $325 per adult/$162.50 per child, whichever is more.
To help complete the enrollment process individuals should bring the following:
• Social security card
• Residency identification
• Recent W-2 form
Additionally, consumers will be able to find educational materials about the Affordable Care Act at more than 150 Freeway Insurance locations. Customers can also save time on the enrollment process by making an appointment on freewayhealthinsurance.com.
